There is a standard page with your data, that is for free. And if you want more, then you have to pay. It is quite fair.

You has reported the French language problem. (report not working on French language - all other languages have no problem..) - 5 days later the problem was fixed.
But you have requested your refund earlyer. This is why pepole are working on the system. But each change of the system takes some time...
