Virtual Weather Station - Instructions for use

Manual for Virtual Weather Station (VWS) :

in menu click on: settings - csv export -
(X) create csv output file

at the line below you have to decalare the directory where the data file will generate
example: c:vwsdata

in this directory Virtual Weather Station generates automaticly the : data2.csv file.
how often this will make define at: "file update timer"
60 Sek ist a good value.

now you must publist the data2 file on your website. You can make it with the ftp upload from VWS or your own ftp program. Please specify the path to the data2.csv in your user account.

All messurement units have to be set at the AWEKAS user account (°C, °F, km/h, mph...)

Greetings. I do not have a weather website, but wish to publish my weather data to your AWEKAS. I have a Davis Vantage Pro2 weather station, and utilize Virtual Weather Station. Could you please help me on this? Thank you in advance. Scott

When running with VWS you can create a csv file as described above.

To transfer your data from your computer to AWEKAS, you have to use WUHU software, which allows choice of original weather software. See WUHU - Instructions for transfer with VWS, WV32, HeavyWeather
