AWEKAS GmbH grants its customers a right of withdrawal over 21 days. The period begins with the next day after delivery (of physical goods) or completion of contract (e.g. services). The cancellation can take place without giving reasons or formal requirements, but has to be written and sent via mail or letter within the cancellation period to the following address:

Consequences after cancellation:
If you cancel a contract, we obligated to return all payments, which we have received, including all cost of delivery (excluding additional cost from nonstandard delivery methods), immediately or at least within 14 days (starting with the day we receive the cancellation). For the return of said payments we use the same payment methods that you have used in the original payment, except we have agreed on a different way; in nether way you are charged with fees.
If the consumer cancels a contract, the entrepreneur has to return all made payments, which the consumer has made, and replace all needed and useful expenses, which emerged from the matter, step after step. The consumer has to return all received deliverables (e.g. goods or services); furthermore, the consumer has to pay a reasonable consideration for the use (including a compensation for a possible reduction of the deliverables’ value – the deliverables’ receipt solely is no reduction of value). Goods, which are shippable via package, have to be returned by the customer. Goods, which are not shippable via package, are fetched by us. As arranged the customer has to pay the costs for the deliverables’ return, if he does not live in Austria.
If the customer is an entrepreneur (according to §1 UGB – Austria), a cancellation is utterly ruled out.
§ 1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to supplies of goods which are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or for the delivery of software if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by you.
§ 2 Please avoid damage and contamination. Send the product as possible in original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components to us. Use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide a suitable package for adequate protection from damage during transport to avoid damage claims because of damage due to faulty packaging.

§ 4 Please call us before returning to announce the return. Phone: +43 677 618 02625. Please present also a copy of the invoice or delivery. In this way, you allow us the fastest possible assignment of the products.
§ 5 Please note that the arrangements referred to in paragraphs 2 to 3 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
