Locked Station and I can't unlock it!

    My station has been locked since 1 June. It says:

    Action: failed Final-Recipient: rfc822;rochesterwx@rochesterweather.org.uk Status: 5.0.0 Remote-MTA: dns; mx0.123-reg.co.uk Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 Unknown user

    I didn't receive an email telling me it was locked perhaps because my webhost had changed my package leaving me with just one email address!

    I have now changed the email address on my Awekas account.

    My ID is 14188

    Hi Rich!
    The email address you entered was not correct, several emails bounced - that's why the cited error message is displayed in the deactivation panel.
    Please make sure your email address is valid and able to receive mails.
    I have now changed the permanent deactivation into user deactivation. This means, you can enable all the weather data which you are able to report and which you want to be reported.
