AWEKAS - Time zones: support for 1/2 hour [solved]

I live in a 1/2 hour time zone. While there are not many of us in the world, there are still quite a few that live in a time zone that has a 1/2 or 1/4 hour time zone offset.

I live in the middle of Australia, the central time zone in Australia is +9.5 UTC, my guess is that the operating system that Awekas runs on supports such a time zone, this forum does.

I would be nice to see us 1/2 hour time zoners included.
