I sent an email a month ago to mail@awekas.at with a request to have my station restored but got no response. Is the correct way to have my station restored to request on this forum? My Awekas id is 15385 located in Richardson, TX USA. My apologies if I am doing this the wrong way.

The correct way is to send email to administration <<at>> awekas.at.
We can't take requests from the forum. Needs to be documented via email system. Just following the rules. Though I've looked at your station and there are currently no blocks. I do see a record that it was updated on Dec 12th by one of our admins when the locks were removed. If you are still having problems then perhaps something else is the matter with your station hardware/software.

Thanks for your reply. So I need to send it to "administration" instead of "mail" as I did previously?
Well both work...but the "administration" address gets more eyes than the "mail" address. I recommend the "administration" address be used.
