2026/01/16: Installed Daytime Fan-aspirated Radiation Shield. Installation took a few hours.

2024/10/14: Changed weather station to Davis Vantage Pro2 with Weatherlink Console.

2022/11/14: Revised Instrument Panel display. No longer have a website and no weather cam.

2021/2/1: Have been sending precipation information to CoCoRaHS since the end of December (station named PA-MT-123). Today was the first snowfall of the new year. 3.1" on the snowboard and 0.45" of water since 7AM yesterday.

2020/11/27: Have replaced the reed switch in the rain collecting bucket. It seems to be functioning properly now. Am now using WeatherCat 3.11.

2019/12/2: Began using a newer MacBook and WeatherCat 3. Seems to be doing OK.

2017/4/7: Replaced the anemometer/wind vane assembly.

2015/12/22: Very mild for this time of year.

2015/2/17: The anemometer is not functioning properly. I hope to replace it when the roof is totally dry.

2013/3/28: Switched from WeatherLink to an older version of WeatherCat on 3/27/13. Took quite some time to fiddle with the Davis Template for AWEKAS, but it seems to be working now. The weather cam is operated separately from the weather station using EvoCam. Using PowerBook G4, OS 10.5.8.
