AWEKAS - Impossible connection or data transfer

    Normally, an upgrade of your weather software does not change your initial settings for sending your data to AWEKAS.


    1 - If you transfer no more data from your weather software after an upgrade, please check your Direct Link connection settings trying to log into your AWEKAS user profile .


    If you cannot log into your user settings, that means there is an inconsistency . You are using a bad association between the user name and the password.


    For sending your data to AWEKAS, the AWEKAS account settings keyboarded in your weather software shall be identical to those of your AWEKAS account originally set in your user profile.



    2 - If you have forgotten your password, follow the procedure to get an new password . Then you could log into your profile and have to put your new password into the AWEKAS identification of your weather software. Everything should be back to normal.

    3 - In case of impossible login or doubt of your user name, please never do a new registration but send us a mail at mail@@@awekas.at (remove two at signs) writing at least your station name and your ID number shown on the station information webpage. We will send to you your user name, which will allow the login again and in case of password forgotten to follow the procedure 2 with this valid user name received.
