I received and email to day from AWEKAS stating that because my San Francisco Ocean Beach Station temperature record does not match the temperature of an inland station in Orinda CA that my station's data has been suppressed. When I said that my station is accurate sysadmin TEX compared my station the Orinda station.
ZitatHi,
is this normal: http://www.awekas.at/en/instrument.php?id=7055&selmode=&sel=m&edit=0&stopdate=1368873586#minmax ? All days and night nearly the same tempreture? Over the whole year? I think, only one day in may is ok: http://www.awekas.at/en/qualcheck.php?id=7055&selmode=temp&sel=&stopdate=1367661600. Look to this station: http://www.awekas.at/en/instrument.php?id=8818. It's your neighbour.
Regards Tex

AWEKAS: http://www.awekas.at/en/instru…0&stopdate=1368873586
My cwop page: http://weather.gladstonefamily.net/site/D5422
my WunderGround: http://www.wunderground.com/we…istory.asp?ID=KCASANFR107
Use wunderground's map and look at the nearby stations, the North Mission neighborhood of San Francisco is 10 F higher than the beach, across the bay Alameda is 15 F higher, which is in the mountains in the east bay is 30 F higher!
If these are not enough here is a commercial station that correlates air temperature to my station: http://www.surfline.com/surf-r…-central-california_4127/
Why can't TEX accept that Northern California is geographical area with micro climates????
The Ocean water temperature not 50 meters from my station is 54 F, when the marine layer is in, the air temperature cannot get much warmer!
I live here because of the steady temperature, I don't need air conditioning, I just open my windows!
Someone that really knows weather should educate sysadmin TEX!
