AWEKAS Plus:

With AWEKAS Plus, we offer all members the option to extend the features of AWEKAS for their stations. AWEKAS Plus extends the functionality with many features.
For example, the instrument panel will be extended with more values and maximum/ minimum hands will be added. The Instrument panel can be exported to the members' website. Also, the data can be exported as a Microsoft Excel file. The functionality will be expanded in the future.
The AWEKAS Plus function can be activated in the user profile page of each member. In return, the member agrees to accept that their AWEKAS data may be shared with third parties. This will help to fund AWEKAS. More information can be found in the forum.
 
 
AWEKAS
  AWEKAS is an acronym for "Automatisches WEtterKArten System" (= automatic weather map system) and is, as the name suggests, a system which produces overview maps from the weather data provided by participating private weather stations.
  The data is made available to AWEKAS by the weather station operators who upload a small text or CSV file to their own website. AWEKAS then collects this data automatically, and processes it to provide up to date maps. Presently, data from the following weather station software can be uploaded automatically:
  • WSWIN (PC-Weatherstation) from Werner Krenn
  • Weather Display
  • Virtual Weather Station
  • Weather Link
  • WS2500 (Linux) by Rainer Krienke (www.krienke.org)
  • FreeWX and FreeWX-Wi (www.freewx.net)
  • Cumulus
  • Webvind (ELJI Elektronik)
  • WVIEW (Linux)
  • Eusotec WLAN Miniatur Webserver
  • further software on request
  • there is also the possibility of entering values manually
